Quick Summary: I am setting up, formatting and testing this site to see how useful it is. I want to be familiar with its capabilities before we head off on our adventure.
Report: Last week we got several immunizations in preparation for the trip and sent in our required visa applications. Regent is paying for all the necessary visas. Most are group visas but we did need to complete and send off our applications for Brazil and China, along with photos and our passports to a service in NYC. Today we received FedEx and e-mail confirmations from the company that they were safely received.
I have talked to the company that will be providing the complimentary shipment of our bags to the ship. We can ship three bags of 45 lbs each for a total of 270 lbs. We will have to select a pick-up date between Dec 26 - Jan 2.
Now we need to start researching all the ports we will be visiting.
